1. How long will it take to deliver an order?

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days.
Customized orders may take 3-5 business days for processing.

For US Outlying Territories:
Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, Virgin Islands.

Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 7-10 business days.

Note: We cannot deliver to Military Addresses (APO, FPO).

2. How to charge the freight?

Products in our store are shipped for free worldwide

3. How to get the order shipping status?
Once the orders are shipped, we will update the tracking number of the order on your order page. You can check the logistics tracking information via the official website of the carrier, or via our track order page.

4. Which carriers do we use to ship your package?
We usually use YANWEN, UPS, or other carriers to ship your package, depending on your location.

5. Tracking Your Order:

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Use this number to track your shipment’s progress.
6. Packaging:

Each silk scarf is carefully folded and packaged in our signature boxes to ensure they arrive in pristine condition.

7. What should I do if the logistics information of my order has not been updated?
If the status of your package has not been updated, please contact our customer service as soon as possible. Our customer service email is: info@muriersilk.com. We will reply you as soon as possible within 24 hours.

8. How do I change the delivery address of my order?
Please send an email to our customer service email: info@muriersilk.com for change the shipping address request as soon as possible.

We can only ensure that your shipping address is updated before your order ships.

If your order has already shipped, address changes may incur additional charges.

Orders cannot be canceled after shipping.

Please keep an eye on the status of your package to ensure receipt of your order.

9. What should I do if the package is returned?
Due to an incorrect delivery address or uncollected/signed package, the package may be returned to the sender, you are subject to shipping charges for reshipment.

10. What about duties and taxes?
Occasional additional duties or import taxes cannot be avoided. If you do incur a charge, please feel free to contact us at support@muriersilk.com.
